5.4 Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property created during consultancy remains ours. Clients receive a license to use it upon full payment.

6.1 Submission: By submitting content (feedback, comments, testimonials, etc.), you grant us rights to use, publish, and distribute it.

6.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.

6.3 Restrictions: Unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content is prohibited. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7) Intellectual Property Rights

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and referenced agreements, form the complete agreement between you and Dinesh Verma Pro.
