1) Business Consultancy Services

• No Refunds After Commencement:
  Given the nature of consultancy services, which involve providing expertise, advice, and strategic guidance, refunds are not available once the consultancy engagement has commenced.
  Cancellations made after the consultancy work has started will also not be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellation Before Commencement:
  Cancellation requests for scheduled consultancy services made before the service has started may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund or credit provided will be at the sole discretion of Dinesh Verma Pro and may depend on the preparation already undertaken.

• Service Satisfaction:
  We aim to deliver high-quality consultancy services. However, outcomes depend on several factors, including your active participation and implementation of our recommendations. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

2) Subscription Services

• Non-Refundable Fees:
  All subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription will not result in a refund for the remaining period.

• Cancellation:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next month.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation will prevent future charges. However, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the ongoing annual subscription.

• Non-Delivery or Access Issues:
  If you face technical issues preventing access to subscribed content or resources due to a problem on our end, please notify us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Remedies may include extended access or alternate solutions, but will generally not include a refund.
