Cancellation Policy
1) Cancellation Flexibility Customers have a 1-hour window after booking to cancel their call for a full refund. 2) Easy Rescheuling You can reschedule your appointment within 6 hours of your booking. After this 6-hour window, rescheduling will not be possible. 3) No Refund for Missed Appointments If cancellation is not made within the 1-hour window or if the scheduled call is missed, the payment will not be refunded. 4) Optimal Call Environment Clients are expected to ensure a quiet and disturbance-free environment during the call for effective communication. 5) Single Support Session Each booking provides one call session to address questions within the service duration selected. 6) Complex Issues Disclaimer While every reasonable effort will be made to find solutions, some problems may be beyond the scope of resolution. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Clients are advised to carefully consider the complexity of their request before proceeding.
